We're looking for a Partner to help us scale and build our team. You'd be working alongside one of our Founders to build relationships with clients and support in delivery. Hiring and coaching more junior recruiters will also be a key part of the role as we build the team. You work will be global with opportunity to travel to the US and work with our team in New York.

You'll have a background either in Strategy & Innovation or in Design Recruiting with a track record of working with corporates and agencies.
